The best way for a government to keep a good relationship with members of the community is to have an open line of communication. 

Utilize multiple forms of media to communicate 

• We are blessed to have a local daily newspaper and local AM & FM radio stations, we need to continue to utilize these outlets for communication.
• When an emergency strikes, we need to get information out right away - we should be looking at a system like the school district utilizes (School Reach) for emergency situations.​

Engagement

• We need to include our community in the planning process as we prepare for our city's growth, we should provide an online forum for ideas that are developed.
• Continue to work with local groups that help assist community members in projects that make our town great.
